I ordered the YUMMUS BOWL advertised avocados and dates with other items and after I paid Mikhalia proceded to tell me they were... out ? didn?t offer a replacement so I had to ask if she can offer a replacement and she said ?well I guess? so I said chickenand she said yes . TURNS OUT SHE GAVE ME HAM AND THE SALAD HAD NO DATES . The trash can was full and all over the floor . Nogreeting whatsoever also I tried being as nice asking her which of the two salads she recommends and replies ?haven?t had them??silence . So then I nicely asked if a coworker of her could maybe give her input and says she hasn?t had it either so it?s notmuch help. I literally paid for mix greens because I had no dates no avocado just quinoa hummus and cucumber . SO DISAPPOINTED IWISH I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK . This was my first time ordering and I don?t care to return. The person who answered the phone was short, curt, and rude. I was... asking how to direct my daughter around the construction because she was there to grab my pick-up order, but said the entrancelooked blocked/closed. The person who answered was condescending and cold. No warmth or friendliness to answer any business?phone line, much less to prepare people?s food (energy transfer). Then my daughter ended up bringing my bowl to me un-bagged,like just as the bowl. This is because it was slammed on the counter and the girl walked away without asking her if she neededanything else or even offering a bag. I get it that bad people who hate their job (or other people), can show up anywhere, butit?s especially disappointing at a more health conscious establishment. I don?t know, I just feel like if you?re around thosewho care about what they put into their body and how they treat the planet, you expect a level of care and concern for yourfellow human being. I know that doesn?t always translate, but I expected humanity and a base level of decency to be present hereand instead found a disgruntled employee. The food was so-so. Gave a 2 for a palatable bowl that excluded my up-charged almondbutter topping. Not stellar enough to return to that treatment. Overall?just a fail here. Read more

I?ve given so many chances over the years but this place just keeps getting worse. The employees are very nice and I love the... concept but nearly everything is a disaster. This is the 3rd time in a few months my online order was over 15 min late, andingredients were missing that I had paid extra for (they did correct that). But worst of all the juice was watered down ANDfilled with ice to barely having any taste and the sandwiches were so tiny. I paid $39 for a kids meal, a wrap and juice and wehad to eat more lunch at home it was so tiny. The garden wrap I ordered used to be double the size. I don?t mind paying topprice for good ingredients but size and quality need to be consistent. We will stick with the other juice and smoothie shops intown. Ordered their ?garden wrap? which advertises carrots, cucumber, quinoa, hummus, spinach, avocado & red pepper flakes.. It came... with two shavings of carrot - which were the outer layer. And two slices of cucumber cut into cubes. No quinoa or red pepperflakes. For &10.95 it was very very disappointing. Only reason it?s 3 stars is because the smoothie is good. Read more
What a great place to go for healthy juices, smoothies, bowls, and light food options. Ingredients seemed fresh and the... smoothies we had were excellent. The tropical one was especially yummy. We definitely will return to try others. The interioris well designed and has a modern feel to it. Clean and kept up. They offer pre-made drink options as you can see in thepictures below. More information I'm sure on these drinks are available on the website and of coarse in the store. Juicecleanse programs are also available here at multiple day price points. A great idea you don't see at other juiceestablishments. Staff worker was friendly and offered her input which was taken and appreciated. Thanks! I?m pretty sure this location is trying to fail on purpose. They never stay open during their posted hours, they don?t answer... the phone, and the online ordering never seems to work. Decent company, TERRIBLE location. If someone from corporate is readingthis, please reconsider who you franchise to. This location has severely damaged your brand. Read more
