Is this place better than mega-corporate Donut shops like Dunkin? Maybe? Dunkin has relatively small donuts that aren't very... impressive, but their quality is at least consistent. Donut King is all over the place with consistency. Sometimes they slopfrosting on their donuts with a messy and absurd amount and it looks like a kid made them. I've had Boston Cream donuts wherethey completely forgot to fill them with cream filling. The last few times I have ordered their apple-filled donuts theyliterally put a thimble amount of pie filling that was barely a half of a single slice of an apple. The real problem with thislocation seems to be with the management. Employees are constantly quitting or being fired and I'm always seeing new faces everyvisit. Their lack of experience shows and the quality is suffering from it. If you do order here, avoid anything that has anyfilling in it because you most likely will feel ripped off. On a positive note, their best donuts I'd recommend are blueberrycake, coconut, and Boston Cream* (*when made right). I mostly still buy from here because I conveniently live close by, but I'mconsidering taking my business elsewhere if they don't start improving. Read more

This was my first time at Donut Kings, and I dare say it?s going to be my primary guilty carb pleasure from this point foreword.... The selection was superb, so much variety! The employee was incredibly helpful and kind. And the pricing reasonable. The onlything not to like, is the location is so far from my house, which I?m sure my husband sees as a positive. Read more

Our huge glazed ring swirl donut was extremely doughy in the middle. The other donuts were just okay, kinda dry, mostly they... were raised glazed fancy donuts. The brownies were a little bit dry too, and the cake donut that was blueberry flavored waspretty good. I won't get these donuts again I don't think. We are used to extremely fantastic donuts in Oregon and just movedhere, we were trying to find a donut shop but I think we'd rather just get grocery store donuts than these. I filled a large boxat this place for $26. Might as well just get some glazed donuts at the grocery store next time. Read more

A very good donut place when they have your favorites in stock. They have an amazing selection of special donut/pastry items... (fritters, twists, honey buns, bear claws, etc?). They put the other local donut shops to shame (we won?t name names). Mybiggest disappointment is when they?re out of flavors I love, like this morning they were out of blueberry cake donuts, whichwas sad, because they are amazing. Read more

I was impressed. Drove 5 miles to find donuts that weren't DD or KK. Worth the drive. Big selection. The downside is that the... dough is dense. I like a more fluffy donut, these are very heavy. Good but heavy. If I lived here, I would go again. Read more

I use to LOVE Donut King-- the double stuffed vanilla cream was the BEST donut I'd ever had. But lately, every time I ask for it... I've been disappointed. Today, I asked for the double stuffed vanilla cream and this was what I went home with. Extremelydisappointing Donut King, especially since your employee took them to the back to "double stuff." Won't be coming back and willno longer recommend. Read more
