Guy at the window today 10/9/22 (11:15am) was SUPER RUDE. I ordered food. I was told they had one glazed donut left and on... crueller. Get to the window. They didn?t put on the hash brown I ordered. This location NEVER has anything. They have the audacity to allow you to order items in the app and not have what you want. They... won?t cancel your order. They are not allowed to refund your money. Cash or credit. They need to be shut down!!!! Read more
What a Horrible experience. The kid working the drive thru was very rude and disrespectful. The manager on duty was rude as... well. We ordered two large coffees and two breakfast sandwiches and got two large coffees and no breakfast sandwiches as well asthe hash browns were cold. The young kid that was working to drive through kept on saying bro bro when I am a grown man and mychild was right next to me and was wondering why this guy was calling me bro. He had no respect for any customers he had poorcustomer service as well. Will not be returning to this location at all. Took forever through the drive thru. Employee had an attitude. Gave me my vanilla bean coolata and it was brown in color. It... was disgusting and nowhere near what it should taste like. Literally any other Dunkin Location is better than this one. The women that work here are beyond rude , cant hear, and SLOW. I... was completely ignored at the drive thru but the man in front of me was served and the person behind me as soon as i left thedrive thru was also served but they lock the door so you cant go inside. Such a horrible experience!!! I went to this location yesterday and ordered a iced salted caramel latte. The entire drive thru... process took 10 minutes and when I finally got my drink it didn't have whip cream on it like shown in the photo. When I askedfor whipped cream it appeared he poured out some of my drink and replaced it with the same flat top! Then when I called to speakto a manager one was not in conveniently. Read more
I'm not much of a coffee drinker at all so it was random that I wanted some on this day but the staff here were extremely... helpful. I received a full explanation on most every drink as to what made it different from the others. From that, I made mychoice & was very pleased with it. They have a wide variety of donuts that looked very tasty as well. Definitely will be goingback to try other menu items. Read more
The staff was very friendly! Only 2 working (that I saw) and they still took the time to make sure our order was perfect!
