I am Giving this company Einstein bagels a 5 because are bagels and everything that they carry our excellent. This has nothing... to do with this location and I have not been to this store but I am sorry to hear what is going on at this location because, Iwas going to try it out. but I'm sure that the company will resolve ARE concerns at this location with our Google ratings!!! Horrible. The service here was the worst I?ve ever seen. The bagels were burnt they couldn?t cut bagels and they couldn?t spread... cream cheese. I do not recommend coming to this restaurant if you want bagels go to bagel king. They might not have the bestcustomer service but at least they have good bagels and they have better seating Read more
Your hours on Google are different than the hours posted on your door. Arrived on a Sunday at 12:15 with your Google hours... saying ?open now. Closes at 2:00,? but when I got there, the open sign was on, but the restaurant was closed with totallydifferent hours than on Google. Arrive at store at 08:05 a.m. on a Friday, doors locked. Entire staff pays no attention that a customer is trying to come in to... make a purchase. Turns their backs to me to laugh among themselves. Read more
Got here at 12pm they had a total of 2 bagels in the entire store. 1 raisin and 1 blueberry. They where out of hashbrowns and... said that they do not do meal combos at this location. The employees said it was normal for them to be out of stock. I bought aprotein shake that I drink frequently but found that it was rancid. I'm really disappointed as Einstein is normally my favoriteplace and I made a special trip to treat myself at this location Read more
