I went here since I've heard awesome things, I was so disappointed. The ladies working were amazing helping me figure out what... to order. I got my food went back to work and opened my sandwich and you could see gray on the eggs. I opened and the eggs weregray and green. the regular coffee tasted like if it was mix with the hazelnut flavor. The ham,egg bagel had to much peper.
I was doing a ride along with a friend who was doing door dash. We arrived a little earlier and he went in to get the order.The... cashier/server was rude and said that the items were not ready! he came back out and waited and then went in to retrieve.This isso disappointing that service would be this unacceptable in the middle of the day or anytime. Good for an Einstein's, good coffee, and decent bagels. Very busy during the morning commute hours. They seem to have a problem... keeping the coffee made and available, with only decaf being available when I took this picture. They also got my order wrongthis morning but fixed it without any problems. This is a regular stop for many locals on their morning commute. Read more

This Einsteins is usually run well. It's definitely clean (and certainly not filthy like one lady said), and the staff is... usually friendly and fast. Many locals visit here weekly. I know because I see many of the same people. Now that I've been heremany times, I have noticed that some employees/managers are friendlier than others. There are a few that simply not considerateor helpful and kind of rude. But then some are super friendly. The main problem with this location is the parking during peakhours. There aren't a lot of parking spots. Sometimes I call ahead and have them bring it out to avoid the awkward waiting for aspot. But again, that only happens at peak weekend morning times. But even with this issue it is still leagues better than theE. Colonial / Pershing location. That place is a disaster on Sundays. Read more
It all started with my coworker wanting a good bagel early in the morning. She wanted to have a bagel from Einstein before... leaving for training in the army. She made me a sticky note of exactly what she wanted to the T. As I get to Einstein, I seethat there's no parking available and I had to park across the street. Once I got inside I waited around 4 minutes before beingable to place my order and once I did the lady told me I can be cashed out in another register. While waiting to be cashed out,the line doesn't have a structure and people start cutting one another. Lucky for me, there was a gentleman that seen me waitingand notified the other customer that I was first. I waited another 10 minutes for my orders. They call for one, give an anotherorder to a person, and after 4 minutes they call for my last order. I grabbed it and left back to my job. Once I get to my job,I hand my coworker her order and it looked like everything was tossed on top of it. Nothing was melted correctly and they didn'teven put the cream cheese on it. She called and got the issue resolved right away. She had to leave the job to go and get a newone because the first order was incorrect. She ordered a asiago bagel sliced and toasted with plain cream cheese with onionsand tomatoes with melted cheese. Have not been to an Einstein's in many years. I did try them again this morning and now I know why I do not go to Einstein's. I... ordered my bagel to toasted and it was warm not toasted or if that is what they call toasted maybe they should try to use atoaster that will actually toast. If you want a real good bagel try Bagel King or Brooklyn Bagel. Read more
