Amazing experience!!! I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and we absolutely loved it. They had a card and birthday... confetti on the table when we arrived! So cute! They also gave us complimentary champagne and truffles which was served to us bythe manager Ashley! She was super personable and very kind. This Steakhouse is quite classy. I can't say enough good things about their steak, it's top notch! From the moment you enter... you feel the elegance and coziness of the room. The ambiance is well suited for their space. They have an open kitchen format, abeautiful tree in the middle of the room and a bar space tucked off to the side away from main dinning. Service was superb andtheir cuisine and drinks we sublime. I highly recommend the Ribeye or Tomahawk. The flavors were phenomenal! Probably one of thebest steaks I had next to Berns in Tampa. Everything good but took an hour to get our food. There was a mix up and the manager explained that the chef had an emergency... and had to leave early. They gave us a discount but it took away still from the overall experience that comes with a fine diningrestaurant. Read more

Tonight was our first time at Fleming’s Winter Park. Although it started off rocky with a mishap in seating and overcooked... steaks, it was an overall good experience and the food was delicious. The servers were all kind and talented, especially Michael- moving around with 6-7 plates cascaded down his arm with what seemed like no effort. They worked together in seamlesssynchrony, accommodating each guest with world class service. Our main server Aldo was exceptional! We never had to ask formuch because he anticipated our needs. The assistant server, Andrew also never let our glasses go empty and cleared any disheswe’d finished. John, the manager made sure the aforementioned issues were rectified. Everyone helped box up the improperlycooked steaks along with the sides and served everything to us fresh and gave us a complimentary dessert. Everyone really wentabove and beyond and redeemed the evening with flying stars. How you finish is sometimes more important than how you start.Kudos to Aldo and the rest of the Fleming’s team.
