Really good subs but this location needs to work on their customer service.
Beware: They regularly take their phone off the hook so that you cannot call and modify your order. Especially when you place an... order using Uber Eats or Door Dash. And the online form will not let you customize the sandwich. So you?re basically stuck. Badcustomer service. Read more

I've always loved Jersey Mike's until today. I went to pick up a sandwich on my way home from the gym. I did NOT ask for mayo ... and yet when I got home, much to my dismay, the sandwich was slathered with mayo which I didn't realize until after I beganeating. I am allergic to mayo. When I called to express my concern to the store manager the response I got was "oh well, it wasa mistake. It happens." I?ve worked at over 5 corporate locations down south and they way they run this store is horrible. Peter would be so... disappointed!! Every time I come in it?s a disaster. Okay, the food here is great, and I would have given it 5 stars, however after the first visit where I was completely impressed,... I was less then impressed the second time. I would have given it 3 stars but the first time I came in they were so amazing theymade up for the experience. The store is clean and all and the food was good too.
