There was only three workers in there at lunch time. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and fast. The gentlemen worker continue... to apologize for the wait which was less than 10 mins. Amazing team work. Read more
Walked in, ordered mchicken and medium fry via kiosk. Aaaaaaaaaaaand waited 15 minutes for the food. The manager on duty was the... one working and said he was the only one working. I'm stopping going here because supervisor just fire a cook that had already requested not work Mondays which for a long time he... want working Monday and lady put him to work on Monday and he didn't know and when he went to work on Tuesday which he had towalk or Uber was told he was fire. He was a great worker but I see McDonald just care their money not there worker. I wish allemployee would quit same time to see how you handle smart won. Read more
Very disappointed, I grew up in Winter Park and As a kid and a teenager I love coming to this particular McDonald?s with my... friends because I lived so close. Today I went there for lunch and there were three workers sitting by the bathroom area alongwith a woman and a toddler and what seemed to be someone in management a skinny tall black man with a very very feminine voiceand a red hat was speaking so loud on his phone and using profanity extremely loud in front of this child. The other twoemployees were on break as well and one was a short heavy Spanish girl with short curly hair and the other was a skinny blackgirl with dreads they were not speaking as loud but we?re also using profanity. Thank God I did not have my kids there because Iwould?ve said something and The way things are now in days they probably would Of got offended and a fight would of happened. Idefinitely will never bring my kids here. The only thing good coming out of this place is an older black woman who runs aregister, she?s as sweet as candy what a beautiful person. Read more

No dine in is available, long lines in the drive through, no ice in your drinks and a sandwich that literally has fallen apart.... The service at this location has gone down hill since Covid 2020. Even the staff has forgotten to be friendly. Read more
Drive thru food delivers are absolutely unprofessional. I do not understand why they so nasty and rude. I would rather drive... the extra 5-10 minutes to a fast food restaurant where they value their customers. The sign in the drive thru window says ?wecare?.
