My order has been wrong at least twice here. On top of that, I go order food at 2:30 am and they tell me they?re closed until... 4am when no where online it says they?re closed (they?re supposed to be open 24 hours). They need to do better. This is onmanagement.. ridiculous. Read more
I came into this McDonald's late at nights only to be greeted by the more wonderful young lady at the window with a upbeat... attitude. She was at nice as nice can be, with a smile on her face. Just a good soul. The food was hot and right on time. Read more
Nicest McDonald's I've ever been to?! Only been twice so far since moving here but so far...its been phenomenal. Especially... first time at this McDonalds after moving down the street and I?m so impressed! we did dine in bc the drive thru like was so... long- it was quick and efficient. the person who brought our food to the table even asked if we?d care for any sauces oranything else, and happily got us some ketchup and a water cup. with such incredible and kind service if I wasn?t eating acheeseburger I would?ve thought I was in a chick fil a! will definitely be back. 8/29/22: Have to lower stats further. Been here 3 more times and they are struggling hard to keep order. Missed items... constantly. Owner needs to step in. Nice people working here, but they are often struggling inside. Not the most professional,though nice. The place is always a little unkempt as well. The owner needs to step it up, train employees better and help themsucceed. As it is now, they are floundering and hurting their business. Read more
This used to be my favorite late-night McDonald's, but now on 2 separate occasions I've visited with an app order, and the girl... with burn marks all over her arms has told me the app orders aren't working, and I'd have to place the order with them. I wasthen double-charged, and this same girl told me "Just request a refund in the app". There is NO such function, and she shouldknow this before blindly suggesting it to a customer, rather than owning your mistake and issuing a refund right there. I wrotesupport in the app, who referred me to a support number, who told me that someone would contact me. I highly doubt this willhappen, so I won't be visiting this location again. Read more
