Good food, modern vibes, decent prep, good silverware/cutlery. We have been here on multiple occasions, including as a large... group when the service was definitely excellent; the food came out in a timely manner. Will be back. Drinks options are goodtoo. I wish they would add some spicy and non-sweet flavor options for entrees in addition to Kung Pao chicken. Kung Pao chickenis my go-to option. Read more
They handed our food to the wrong car and after we watched the ppl opened the food and touched it they gave it back to the guy... and said it was wrong. They proceeded to hand me the same food and I told them I wanted a new meal since the car next to meliterally opened the food. They made me wait an extra 30 min for fried rice and they were clearly upset because they gave usburnt food. You could literally see, smell, and taste the charred pieces. ???? we couldn’t even eat the food what a waste ofmoney. I’ve never had this happen to me when we ordered food and we come here a lot. It was average. Haven’t been to a pf changs in a long while. Last I remember they were going down fast. I remember when they... use to be considered high end dining. It was a nice change but they are still just another average chain. Food was good, nothingspecial. Nice menu selection. Ordered online for pickup. Food wasn’t ready when promised. First off we had a great waiter. Everyone was very friendly. The atmosphere was dark and cozy. Now to the food. This place is... kinda just a glorified panda express… ???? The prices are also way too high for the quality. Go to Pei Wei and get the sanething for 7 bucks less. All the meat portions were large and the mostly tasted really good, but the sides were bad. They want tocharge you $4.50 EXTRA for noodles or fried rice. The portion of rice you get for that is such a joke and the fried rice tastedso bland. Its disappointing that big chains get away with things like this. I feel bad for the employees because they have nocontrol over this but have to be the one to answer to the customer. Came here for lunch with my son. The restaurant was clean. The principal color scheme is black and red; it was appropriate for... this restaurant. The menu was available either as a QR code or a paper menu. We tried several things among appetizers andentrees. The food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because it wasextremely cold in the restaurant when we visited. Other diners complained and were reseated. Read more
