The sauce is among the best I have tasted and the cheese is also quite good. I always get the hand--tossed and it's a bit... thinner than it used to be, less filling. Just don't order from here. I placed an order online for pickup and went to the store 35 minutes after I placed the order. I... waited another 30 minutes in the store, which was about 90 degrees inside (those guys in there were miserable and I don't blamethem). I showed my email receipt with the order and store location, confirming I was in the right place. They had no record ofmy order and just shrugged when I asked what's next. I walked out with no pizza. I literally wasted an hour of my life to getnothing. I ended up getting a free pizza coupon from the online support, but I'd rather be hungry than try this again. Honestlyit's my fault for even giving this place a chance. Just pay the extra money for another non chain pizza place. Read more
Got the stuffed crust pizza, the pizza was so limp. Like when you are eating pizza it?s suppose to be eaten without having... everything sag down. Very unpleasant, paid how much to have soggy pizza. Got home from picking up my pizza and it wasn?t even sliced.
GrubHub order was placed for pick up by 6:45pm. I arrived at 7pm. Order was missing when the clerk went to check for it. I did... see a pepperoni pizza sitting on a metal dish in the open (not in a box) - that was mine I guess. I never saw them take it backand put it in the box but it tasted like a pizza that had been out for a bit. The other pizza, a 16 inch cheese was trulymissing so they had to cook that up from scratch. I waited 20 minutes in the store. Other customers were waiting and othersrequested pizza's be made again as they were made incorrectly. My pizza was definitely not light on the sauce as I requestedbut I had no more free time as i needed to get back to tackle some projects at home. Could be that i just walked into thisplace on a bad night. (Friday night) I'd like to give them another opportunity (hence the 3 star rating, holding out Hope). Good Luck. Read more
Placed an order today. Call to make sure it would arrive between 6:15 and 6:30, 6 15 being the earliest. The person on the phone... assured me they wouldn't deliver the order earlier. It of course shows up before 6. Threw the food In the trash because theguests hadn't even arrived yet and it was cold before they showed up. Order pick up if you have to have papa John's, if u canorder from a different pizza place, please do. Avoid the carelessness of this company. Read more
I ordered some pizza from this location this evening. The time was good, and normally this location is satisfactory but tonight... it was not. The first issue was I gave orders for them to call me while out front. Instead they rang the doorbell at 10:10pmwhen my 6 year old was asleep and it riled my 2 dogs. Then trying get pizza one dog got out and I had to chase him. Then I gotfood inside and it was less then desirable. It looked like they threw it together in a hurry then dropped it and smashed on thecar ride over. So bad my wife kept asking what happened to the pizza. Read more
Absolutely atrocious pizza!!! Floppy and it?s a soggy mess. The breadsticks were not cooked and covered in grease somehow. Will... never ever order from this place again. The pictures don?t do the disgustingness justice. Read more
