Excellent customer service and delicious treats

I want to share my wonderful experience with this company and their employee Jacob! My supervisor failed to get me a gift basket... for an event. I was in the office at 7:30pm Thursday and needed a gift basket the next morning. I went looking online and foundPeterbrooke Chocolatier, and google said they were open until 10:15pm.clearly this had to be mistake. I called and surely theywere open until 10:15pm! Jacob took my order and credit card over the phone and when I showed up 40 minutes later at some nearbyaddress, he found me and brought it out to my car. What amazing service! This is a really fantastic Chocolate store with a selection of very tasty items and lots of options. They have a great... solution dark and light chocolate ice cream and marshmallows. Their chocolate covered popcorn is fantastic. I especially likedthe chocolate covered bacon bacon. They have drinks of great prices and ride selection. I highly recommend this as a stop inthe Winter Park area. Read more

We bought 13 chocolate covered strawberries in September for our Anniversary. Every year we celebrate with Chocolate Covered... Strawberries and every year they have been great at this location. I requested for a 6pm pickup to keep them fresh as possible.Payed in advance at least a month prior. When I called earlier in the day to confirm they were already made. When I picked themup I noticed the leaves were brown and dried out. The top of the strawberries did not look the best either. I was hoping for thebest, but they were terrible and rotten. We ate them the very next morning and threw a bunch away. I called them while onvacation and they just stated that they have to be eaten same day and offered me a $20 credit. Did not take the credit. Payed alot more $20. Not happy that they dipped rotten strawberries and passed them off on me????. Will never purchase chocolatecovered strawberries again from Peterbrook. Not my standard! Read more

I worked with Peterbrooke of Winter Park on a large chocolate order for a beer pairing at Deviant Wolfe Brewery. The manager was... helpful, the chocolate selection is phenomenal, and the pricing was reasonable. Our patrons raved about the quality of thechocolate treats. When visiting Peterbrooke's between my kiddos and mom they had a half million questions about Gelato and chocolate covered... goodies, I was so happy to see everyone super friendly and helpful, we especially enjoyed watching through the large windows asthe chocolatiers filed molds and dipped delectable delights into the flowing waterfalls of chocolate! We enjoyed sitting outsidehaving some samplings of the Gelato, as well as dipped desserts! 10/10 highly recommend stopping in for some treats! Read more

Excellent chocolate store with a massive variety of items. Truffles are to die for. We did the "Bubbles and Truffles" experience... and really enjoyed it. I would recommend it for a fun date night. The store was clean and neat and the customer service wasgreat. Read more

Final stop on my weekend long self guided culinary tour was to Peterbrook in Winter Park where I met this angel of a chocolatier... Daniel.... He took extra special care of me and handcrafted my desert right before my eyes! Thank you Danny for making me feellike a kid in a chocolate store! What a wonderful first time experience! If I could leave 6 stars I certainly would because youexceeded my expectation. I would highly recommend adding the option to tip on your receipts because I would have loved to leaveyou a tip!
