I gave two stars because they were able to seat 12 people. I also liked the Cesar salad, even though the 5 pieces of lettuce and... 3 croutons weren’t worth the almost $7 I paid for it. Our waiter was AWFUL! His name is Jerry and he seemed so bothered to bestuck with us. Very rude! I did not see a smile from him face the whole time we were there. My food was very basic. I can’tspeak for some of the other pasta dishes that were ordered at my table because everyone else seemed to like the food. I orderedthe grilled chicken with potatoes and veggies. This review is late, but we had a 100th birthday party for my father in the private room. Everything was fabulous from the... service to the singer coming into the room to serenade my father. This was in July 2022 and I am just getting around toentering this. i would recommend for any private occassion as the room is totally separate or for just regular dining. Read more
Very disappointed. We chose to order from the Magical Dining menu. They have used this as an excuse to serve smaller than child... portions and less than top quality choices. The shrimp and lamb appetizers were both very good, however, the fish and veal weretasteless and the desserts were comically small. When we asked about the quality and quantity we were told the magical menu isthe reason... Our response is to say then we will not visit you again. I would recommend sticking with Antonio's or Francesco's.Both offer more reliable quality and always a generous portion. Read more
We were looking for a place to eat and saw Rocco’s. We dined at Flemings and Ruth’s Chris this week and wanted pasta. I... was kind of hesitant but had a tremendous experience. We've been here 3 or 4 times for our work Christmas get together and it's always a good experience. I make reservations in... advance and we're seated immediately upon arrival. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and great at making menurecommendations. The specials are always fabulous and seasonal. The food is excellent, there's a good wine selection and therestaurant is cozy and pleasantly lit. Definitely recommend. Read more
Very delicious food. Our server was rather rushed...didn't seem interested in anything we had to say until she was done her... speech. Beyond that, I enjoyed the ambiance and the food...... We were seated by the chef and it was a great experience live music and the nice atmosphere. We ordered magical dining. Only... complaint: the appetizers were super tiny and so was the dessert but the main dish was great. The lamb was overcooked so thechef immediately recooked it for us. I celebrated my boyfriend's birthday last night at Rocco's with 10 of our friends and it was an absolutely incredible... experience. We agree that this is a hidden gem in Orlando and it truly is perplexing how it isn't more popular - Because ithonestly is hands down THE BEST Italian food I've had in the area (I've been to Italy and it even compares to the food I've hadin Rome & the Amalfi coast!) Not only is the food to die for but the service is top notch. Nelson was our server and wasfriendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Our wine and water glasses were never empty and impressively, all 12 of our meals cameout at the same time. I have zero criticism about Rocco's and I can't wait to return for my next visit! Read more
