I stopped at this Starbucks in the Winter Park Village to get a much-needed coffee using a gift card that had been given to me.... I have been avoiding coming to Starbucks because the taste of the coffee to me has been watered down lately and I am not happypaying the prices they charge for what tastes to me like watered-down coffee. I have to say my impression of Starbucks keepsgoing down. The two ladies at the cash register were very busy talking amongst themselves. The Barista was very standoffish andnot very pleasant. The coffee did not taste as it used to but the price was still higher. Inside the restaurant was not veryclean. In the 20 minutes I spent there, no one came to wipe down tables where people had been sitting. Since none of the itemssuch as sugar packets are left outside for you to self serve, I had to ask the Barista for these to which he did not seem verypleased about. I'm giving away what I have left on the gift card and sticking to coffee at other places where I get my money'sworth. Read more
I love this location. I come here often at night with coworkers to have our hangouts and they're always doing custom drinks and... giving out samples, or any extra things they offer up instead of throwing away unnecessarily. No waste! The staff has alwaysbeen so kind, even with new faces as the months go past. Read more

First off, I?ve been coming here as my primary Starbucks for years. They have always had great coffee and they BEST staff. But... today they were extra special when they called for a free hot chocolate and I had just come second to another guy who agreed totake it. But then they made me my own just because!
