Went to subway to get two subs. Nellie was the sandwich maker and from the beginning HE was already bothered for reasons... unknown. HIS attitude got worse as soon as 3 more people entered to eat. I kindly asked for bacon and that?s when NELLIE grabbed the bacon and slammed it on the counter. He constantly repeated that he was going to make my sandwiches fast since HEwas all alone. Once I presented him with a 50 dollar bill. HE freaked out and repeated that there is supposed to be a sign onthe door that doesn?t accept money over 20 dollars. (which there was no sign). I can describe NELLIE as irrational, impatientand down right rude to your subway franchise. He was so bad at his job, HE convinced to eat subs at Publix. Read more

There's seating inside & outside along the busy 17-92/Orlando Avenue roadway. BecauseSubway shares the building with other businesses, parking can get crowded. I ordered 7 giant subs. This was for travelers from out of state. I am one of them. The condiments were already on the subs, not... on the side, soggy lettuce, the condiments probably contributed to wet bread. There was a roach in the corner of the box, therewere no plates, napkins, neither were any of the subs sliced for serving. What a disappointment as we traveled through and thisplace was recommended. This location is clean and service is friendly. The sandwich maker was not only efficient but he actually smiled... wow.... Haven't seen that in any subway for a long time. I love the new mini salads for $1.99 with no bread and no extras. Read more
This lady that works there is the absolute best. She's so nice and generous, just seems like a great person in general. This was... my second encounter with her. And she needs a raise. She works hard and will be all alone by herself in the subway but stillhave a great, caring, and sweet attitude. I don't recall her name But she is truly a great worker. I saw her Nov 15th, 9:10 PM.
