Have the worst experience of my life and while I waited 30 minutes for a curbside order and saw my order on the employee screen... while she continued to make everyone else?s order walking in and when I walked back to my car she threw out my order and hadsomeone make a new one when I walked in. Great service when you first wake up! UPDATE: as you can see below, the OWNERresponded AFTER 3 complaints toward their particular store was filed. To clarify, this post was my 3rd official complaint. Ihave yet to be contacted or refunded so please don?t be fooled by the stores response because they really don?t care. So now Ihave to go through BBB and my bank! Read more

I love this location! Super fast, store is always VERY clean and organized, my food is always hot and fresh and my order is... always right. They don?t skip a beat! I?ve been coming since they opened and I?m so glad they have this location. They also havecurbside for when you?re on the go or have little ones in the car. The managers Patrick and Jasmin are doing a wonderful jobwith this location and my morning girl, Lindsay is always smiling and in an awesome mood ? which makes my morning even better!Great job guys! I like Tropical Smoothie because it is a good healthy meal and the food we get is pretty consistent from store to store. I was... around the area and this one did not disappoint. I ordered via the app and picked up at the store not that long after placingthe order. The food was made to order, fresh, sandwich (bacon turkey ranch) had good meat portions and fresh soft bread andtasty. The island detox smoothie was tasty and fresh, a bit runny but just like I expected. If I am around the area, this willdefinitely be one of my go to's. Read more
