I would give one star of I could, first we are waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes and they never once used the box, so we... went in to order and the manger working. Was beyond rude to us then cursed at us as we were leaving. The fact you only have 3employees is no excuse to not do your job. If you don't have enough employees to have drive thru and dinning room open you closethe dining room not be rude to people who were going to spend their hard earned money. Your manager needs to be retrained orfired or demoted cause that was beyond disgusting. Read more
Extremely GROSS ordered a classic beef and cheddar with a side of cheese the cheese looked old like it?s been sitting out for... days. Both on the cheese cup and the sandwich itself. Not even to mention the long wait times. 15 minutes in the drive throughsome times just to get my food cold. Overall, not bad. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich. There could have been more chicken salad to the sandwich. It seemed kind... of light in comparison to the other sandwiches my group had ordered. For what was there though, it tasted fine. Read more

We ordered a half pound beef n cheddar, but there was no cheese in the middle. The beef was dry around the edges. Possibly old?... I don't come to Arbys often but when I do the beef is usually tender and flavorful. Not even Sure if I was given the appropriateamount of beef, but regardless, where's the extra cheese I paid for? Some of the fries were uncooked and served to us as well.More wasted money and product. We ordered a large fry, but was charged for a medium and got a medium sized fry in a large frycontainer. I went to Arby's drive thru today. Dine in was closed. I ordered 2 Chicken Ranch, 1 Bacon Beef and Cheddar and 1 large Beef and... Cheddar and 2 Curly Fries. There was no large Beef and Cheddar when I got home. I've included a picture of the Cheddar andBacon that was on the Bacon Beef and Cheddar sandwich. Pretty pathetic as we had to look to even find it. I left 3 starsbecause the food we got was pretty good except for no Bacon and Cheddar on the one sandwich and the receipt didn't include themissing sandwich. Horrible Service, don't bother going during late shift, workers ignore the drivethru and hide inside, they don't answer any type... of communication unless cornered (Call and let it ring, eventually someone has to answer, since they are open) get a bunk excusethat "Our systems are down" without notify anyone or shutting down the store, they just ignore you and hope you go away.
