Best sushi I've had in awhile.. the raw fish had a lot more flavor than any I've had recently. The sushi chef behind the bar... was awesome and great, our waitress barely spoke to us though. Will definitely be back will just try to avoid that waitress orget takeout Read more

I hate to do this because my first 2 visits were very good. However, my last meal was horrible. Our family ordered a large... sushi platter and beef teriyaki. The sushi quality was the worst we have ever consumed. Our family eats sushi on a regularbasis so we are familiar with quality/taste. The beef was so tough and it hurt to chew it. To be fair, the miso soup and saladwere excellent. The server was very nice. We left pretty upset and ended up eating at McDonald's. I spent almost $100 and tosay I was disappointed would be an understatement. I will never eat here again even if it was for free. Read more

Haven?t had the chance to try this spot out until tonight, and we have definitely found our new local sushi stop! We came for a... quiet birthday dinner and were pleasantly surprised with the utmost phenomenal/personable guest service. The owner Brian, hisprodigy Willam, and the lovely Tina were exceptional. Some of the best sushi we?ve had! Read more

Dinner with my family We ordered: 1. miso soup for kids 2. Eel roll with no veggie for kids 3. Takoyaki for kids 4. Sashimi... Moriawase for the dad 5. Custom made roll for me: eel or shrimp roll with slices of avocado and imitation crab meat on top, sprinkled over with toasted crisp panko crumbs and drizzled with two sauces that?s spicy and sweet 6. Tempura banana w/ greentea ice cream Total: $87 + 20% tip Customer service: friendly and accommodating Environment: super clean with soft subtleJapanese music Food: The food is delicious! Even my little man had to do his happy dance and asked if I could take him back toKabuto again. Miso soup was on point, not salty like most other places makes it. They make one of the best takoyaki we havetried. It was so good that I had to order a second bowl of takoyaki. My kids both love the miso soup and the eel roll I orderedwithout veggies for them. The custom roll I requested was pretty good. They tried to replicate my favorite roll based on thepicture and my vague memory of the ingredients and did a good job although not exactly the same but it still turned out good. Ilike the crispy toasted panko crumbs and imitation crab on the roll. My whole family loves the green tea ice cream with bananatempera. Husband said he likes the sashimi. He said it?s really good. We ordered the agedashi tofu ($7) miso ramen ($13), and tonkotsu ramen ($13). The agedashi was missing the katsuo (bonito)... flakes so it was bland. Both ramens had overcooked, under seasoned chashu and eggs. Miso broth was average, Tonkotsu broth wasweak. Ramen noodle were not stirred when cooked so there were some clumpy noodle balls in the bowls. We were hoping it would bea good spot but they have a long way to go! Read more
