Ordered mobile pickup in store and noticed a long drive thru line. Figured I just sit down inside and wait for my order. I... glanced at the order board a couple times but was in no hurry, I have my phone to entertain me. A few minutes goes by and one ofthe employees (wish I saw his name) came up to me with a bag and read out my order. WORST EXPERIENCE- didn't take off my discount for the app, gave me such a hard time getting a refund for my coupon, then didn't... know what i ordered. ASKED what i got. didn't have anything ready after sitting there for 15 minutes going back and forth aboutthe app. finally got my food after giving me 2$ back cash which was INCORRECT, bc it was 40% the order. as i drive away inoticed i didn't get my drinks. at this point i was so annoyed i just kept driving and didn't go back. I have been going to this location for years. They are busy most of the time but very fast and efficient when it comes to... getting the orders through. The morning manager that has been there since I can remember (Thess) has always been super friendlyand it really is fascinating to watch how hard she works. Read more

Today at 8 am Aug 3rd 2022 I was greeted with the best customerservice I have ever received from McDonald's. The lady said GM,... how are you, wasn't pushy and said thank you. When I came to pay a gentleman was just as positive . Then a diffrent lady hadedme my food and was very pleasant. Honestly I don't like going to fast food cause the industry hired Ill mannered entitledbrats....but this team was very efficient pleasant and made my day. Thank you Read more
This is a review that is so long overdue! Please respect it. The McDonald?s (I know I know) on Red Bug and Tuskawilla is bar... none ????????????????????service!!! Every single time! The manager (I believe GM) is named Stan and is sokind,,courteous,,caring and he and his staff deliver the best always. I always get the same thing when I splurge lol ~Cheeseburger only onion and fresh cooked fries. The fries burn my fingers in a good way because they?re cooked fresh! Thecheeseburger is hot and fresh. Unreal how fast they move the line yet maintain the tastiness,,level of service and freshest fastfood in this area. Have to give credit where credit is due! And btw their Coca~Cola is on point too!!! Every time, even for a single sandwich, I am asked to park for an extended period of time. Today on top of the wait, the egg... McMuffin I got was literally inedible. Bun was microwaved into a rock. It?s actually impressive they could screw up McDonald?sconsistency so badly. Read more
