Absolutely love this starbucks so much since moving to the Winter Springs area. I?ve gotten to know everyone there and they are... always friendly. I have to give all of my praise though to Chloe! This was the worst experience I ever had with Starbucks! They were out of Grande Cups and gave me my drink in a Venti cup. You... don?t need to be an expert to see that the amount was not equal to a grande drink. However I asked the lady barrister twice andshe gave me with an attitude the answer ?of course?, so I requested an empty tall cup and filled the drink they handed me intothe tall cup. No surprise the amount of the drink was even less than tall size. I complained and this lady barrister still hadan attitude! I am a regular at this specific store and this made me real mad. She must had a bad day, but don?t try to sell yourcustomers for dumb! Read more
I almost always use the drive thru and they're usually pretty good about getting the order right. They're always friendly and... polite. There have been a few times when they haven't gotten the order right but those have been few. I like to use the app itmakes it so much easier and quicker. Unfortunately there's usually a pretty long line but I understand there's not much they cando about that. Read more

This Starbucks! Big and plentiful windows around two whole sides. This may contribute to the great staff attitude, but it... definitely keeps this Starbucks slammed.
