Ordered food @ 5:45 pm, sat around waiting for food only to get a call AN HOUR LATER telling us that "the deli was closed." Um,... why could t someone have called us a lot sooner? So I sat at home HANGRY and now I'm in full Karen mode. Evidently they havesome people there that don't want to actually work; if they are "closing" the deli at 6:30pm. Poorly handled. Read more
Don't expect them to deliver your food if they don't really want to do the work. Calledl me an hour after I ordered my food to... tell me that their deli was closed. They've NEVER closed at 6:30pm before. And why wait an hour to call if you were closed whenthe oder came in. LAZY PEOPLE WORKING HERE. Read more
My order was quick, too quick to be done and both of my pizza's and bread sticks were under cooked so much so my son wouldn't... eat them until we put them in the toaster oven at home. Also it was highly greasy this time. I spent a lot of money and expectedto be able to eat without having to cook. Disappointed ???? Read more
Casey's pizza is some good sh*t!
30¢ higher gas than everywhere else and the pizza was overdone. I'll never stop there again.
Honestly I love casey?s pizza but never in my life have I ever been to a casey?s that has such poor time management skills and... such rude employees. I ordered a pizza with a wait time of 20 minutes, when I got there 20 minutes later my pizza had not evenbeen started and all the employees were standing in the office laughing and chatting. I wasn?t acknowledged for about 5 minutesand when I asked for a refund because I didn?t have time to stand and watch my pizza bake every single on of the employeesrolled their eyes and stormed off to refund my pizza. If I wasn?t met with such poor service I might have stood and waited formy pizza but since I was I won?t be giving this place another chance. Probably about the 3rd time this place has pulled this. This Casey's is a clean gas station both inside and out. Has a small seating area inside and wide selection. Can beat Casey's... pizza in my opinion. I do however wish they offered a premium fuel. The only options at this time is regular, mid-grade, anddiesel. I believe both gas types at this station are ethanol blended as well. For the most part staff is friendly. Read more
I ordered at 5:35pm, received an email stating that it will be done by 6:20pm. We arrived at 6:35pm, were told only one pizza... was done and needed to wait another 15 to 20 minutes. Went in again and was told we would need to wait another 15 to 20 minutesthey still had two pizzas to make. We ordered 6 pizzas. We officially have waited an hour longer. Read more
