I just went in for coffee and sat down in the lobby. The coffee ?? itself was well made,tasted good even black....

I just went to this location at 4:50 there was a nice gentleman that was nicely telling us they don't have hazelnut or caramel... coffee/swirl but there was this female in the background that said "sorry not sorry " like I'll NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN thatfemale shouldnt work their if she's gonna be speaking to costumers that way. I asked for 2 drinks with no ice. So they wouldn't be watered down by the time I got home. this is what they gave me saying... that's how much I get without ice. Ridiculous. Read more
