The pizza hut is OK but when you call to order and get that call center it is a joke, called the other night they took our order... &said the price was about $5 more than what it was 2 days earlier, finally got the right price but when we got there the pizzahut didn't even have our order, need to keep calling till you get the Wintersville Pizza Hut. I just haven't had a positive experience first time with this pizza hut. This time was last time for me. Pizza arrived and... looked like it had been dropped on side and under cooked. Called them and they were good enough to send out a replacement thatwas good. I just dont feel like I should always have to call and ask for a replacement. Read more
I love how Pizza Hut now has an app on your phone to order food . You are able to rack up points for future orders . You just... pick up your order through the Drive-Thru. It makes it fast and convenient. The staff is friendly and fast usually takes 15minutes. My pizza is always hot and fresh. They always have great deals. Read more
I don't order Pizza Hut often at all .. but may do so more often. I ordered pick-up, at the window the lady was very nice, very... pleasant and made sure my order was correct and everything there. The food was steamy hot coming through the window andeverything was very good. Read more
