Terrible location. Paid $3 for medium Frosty which was really small....and they didn't even fill it. I had already waited 10... minutes & needed to leave so I didn't bother complaining. Plus, this crew seems to struggle with basic skill sets. Didn't wantto pick on anyone, but it will be another 9 mos before I try this location again. Ugh. Read more
My sons meal was perfect although the frosty was forgotten (yes, it was paid for & on the receipt). The drive thru line was... soooo backed up & the parking lot full, I feel badly for the employees, they deserve better pay, benefits, more staff & support. Food was fine and made proper. But I don't wanna wait 20+ minutes and watch some kid making nuggets say "watch this" and... proceed to throw chicken nuggets in the air and catch them in his mouth while I'm waiting on him to make my order (trust me dogshes not impressed). Also almost nobody was wearing gloves. I won't be coming back to this location thanks to the staff. We went for a Kate lunch and the restaurant was rather busy with families with kids school must have let out. There was a young... man at the fryer and you could clearly here him dropping the F bomb cause he didn't want to make fries anymore clearlyunprofessional. This was Friday the 14th of October. Most of the time they are pretty fast and the order is correct. Unfortunately they don't fill the containers up, which be a big... deal except they raised prices, made sizes smaller and still don't fill it. Sadly there are better options now so I'd avoid. Read more
I really feel like I am realistic with my reviews.. I try and be honest and fair. This is my 4th time going here and I?ve had... bad experiences every time haha. I do go here for convenience. It?s close to me.. but you will wait in line for 30 minutes evenif there are two cars in line haha. There is never an apology for the wait. And usually when you get up to the window to getyour food they ask you what order you even have. I had to repeat my entire order. I would recommend going across the street tothe McDonald?s. They?re much quicker and better service. I want to add (to put it in perspective for you) I ate my food in theparking lot and watched the line grow out of the parking lot and by the time McDonald?s went through 4 lines of people, the sameman was still at the same spot in Wendy?s when I finished my food???????????? Alright, so when I drove 2 hours to this Wendy?s from my relatives house because I thought that since this restaurant is brand... spankin new it should have great quality. Well to my amaze I came to the restaurant and they said that they were out of fries.How Can one of the most popular fast food chains be out of fries. I really wouldn?t care if it was like a frosty or nuggets.Speaking of a frosty, I came here last week and ordered a frosty and it was like they just gave me a cup of cold chocolate milk.I asked for a new frosty and they refused to get me a new one because it was too late. Took 30 mins for 4 cars to go through the drive through. The kid looked completely ripped that took the money. Finally got the... food back to the house and the buns were hard from sitting under the heat lamp for so long. Definitely a whole different placethan it was a month ago. I had originally gave it 5 Stars all the way through. ... Oh and a guy behind the counter was whippinghis hair around, and running hands through it and then touching food while a woman hid by the window texting. Smh.
