The lady in drive thru Kaitlyn or Katherine is extremely rude. Every time she works Drive thru she is unpleasant. My food was... cold and overall third bad experience at this Chicfila. Ordered online, went inside to pick it up. I was told to step aside and wait for it. A little later I am asked if I needed help.... They looked up my order and told me it was for drive thru. They could not give me my order inside, I had to go back out and getback on another line. Seriously? Catering order placed online after hours. No confirmation of order from restaurant by noon the day of pickup. Received call from... manager 45 mins after pickup time about order. Requested order to be canceled and explained that no confirmation call receivedand no money was deducted from my account, so I no longer need order because I have left town.
