I went there Sunday to celebrate my birthday. The food was delicious. The manager Jr. was very polite and accommodating. He... corrected an issue we had with NO hesitation. I really appreciate quality customer service like that because it doesn't reallyexist anymore. Many businesses now don't care about the customers and it shows in the product snd services they give. I love the seafood platter that I've ordered except for the deviled crab. I think it's too garlicky for my taste. Customer... service is nice however it took a little bit of time to get our food served. I saw folks get served first when we arrived/sat toour seats before them. Pre pandemic I liked this place. I was appalled at how much it has changed for me. The scallops were rubbery and hard. Shrimp... did not taste like shrimp. The croaker was over cooked. They only thing worth eating was the baked potato that I paid extrafor. Read more

It is interesting that several months ago the food was pretty good. However, my recent to go meals were disgusting. I ordered... two meals. Both of these meals were not edible. The fish was undercooked and mushy. The scollops had hair in them (not myhair). I called that night and no one answered the phone. I called the next day and told the manager what happened and he putme on eternal hold. He kept picking up and then just putting me back on hold. I stayed on hold for over 45minutes and then justgave up. There are much better places to eat in this area that actually have management that care about the quality of the foodthey serve.
