Pizza was just ok. The wings were soft and mushy. Barely edible. Too many employees with big hair and no hair nets.

Disappointed. Hello guys at W Fire Tower Rd, please learn how to cook pizza prior to taking orders. It doesn't work the other... way. You pizza is overbaked to a degree it is crunchy! When you try to break off a piece, crumbs are coming off, and wholepizza is rigid! I didn't order a pizza crouton, I wanted a normal one, with melted cheese and still soft dough. On top of that,your prices are a little high for a service. When prices go up and the quality goes down, customers go away. Read more
Ordered dinner from Papa John's Winterville location. It took over an hour to receive the food and no one from that location... delivered it to our home. They gave our food to Doordash for some reason. Pizza came in cold and soaked in grease. Sodisappointing. Read more
This store is horrible! Wrong order, overcharged, 40min late and cold. Could NOT talk to anyone and our calls were hung up on.... Not the first time either?my mistake. I will NEVER order from this store again. Do yourself a favor and pick someplace?anyplaceelse to get a pizza! Read more
I would give @papajohns.com zero stars if I could. My husband placed an order @8p. He called to find out what time the food... would be delivered and the automation said between 9:23 and 9:33p. It is now 10:09p and no food. We called Papa John?s andthey?re closed. Ridiculous! Never ever again! Stick with Pizza Hut on fire tower. Their service is better. This is a horrible Papa Johns. Seriously- just don't even bother. The first time we ordered they only brought one medium pizza... instead of 2 large pizzas. We also paid for sauces as well, none came. When we called, some girl told us on the phone next weekwe would get 2 free pizzas since we did not get our pizzas and what not. Come this week, we call in to get our free pizzas sincewe did not get any sort of compensation last week. No credit on our account, of course. So, we speak to four different people.No one can figure it out, its a whole problem. They wouldn't let us edit our orders because they couldn't figure it out.Eventually we finally finally get it ordered, and the pizza takes over double the time to arrive! When it arrives, they chargeus for the pizza even though this was supposed to be a compensation.. Then, they took our pizza away and refused to give us ANYcompensation. After hours and hours of waiting and paying. They kept our food kept our money. Basically, the company did notdeliver our order that we paid for, we were over charged, dinner was over an hour late, not only ONCE but TWICE. This entireprocess took hours.
