It's a shame how terrible the customer service is at this location. Ownership/Management should screen their employees... extensively for competence. Unfortunately, I had to get a refund today. Good smoothies/ food but sometimes the staff are very slow to assist customers and they close their food stations down early way... before closing time. Drove all the way there just to be told they cleaned and closed all food down for the night even though itwas still over 30min before they closed. Read more

I ordered postmates from here and everything was correct in my email confirmations and stuff, however I was missing a smoothie... and a Flatbread. I called the store and tried to get the woman to understand that I was not able to come to the store to get mymissing items, as I am babysitting and ordered food for the kids and myself. At least what we did get was good and madeproperly, and the missing food was mine so I guess I'll get something later. The only reason for the second star is that what wedid receive was good. My favorite smoothie and lunch spot. Smoothies are sweet and the bacon chicken ranch wrap is alway hot and delicious. Update:... why am I getting charged a "extra 50 cents for when I ask for light lettuce on my chicken bacon ranch Flatbread???? I have 2.receipts one charges me and another doesnt ????? I get the same thing every time??? When I asked about it no one knows. I amregular customer that comes around lunch. I mean if I asked for extra I get it to be charge but to be charge for something to beremoved or less of it isn't really fair. Read more

I?ve been to this location a couple times, and everytime the costumer service is just not very good. I am a manager in a food... service as well, and I understand it can be difficult at times. But to take it out on a costumer who is nothing but nice (oreven a costumer at all) is just not okay. I also tried calling a couple times today, and it just kept ringing. No one picked upthe phone any time I tried to call about my order. I love tropical smoothie and just hope that the costumer service improvesbecause it?s honestly ridiculous, and I would hate to find a new place to go. Read more
