It's a shame how terrible the customer service is at this location. Ownership/Management should screen their employees... extensively for competence. Unfortunately, I had to get a refund today. Good smoothies/ food but sometimes the staff are very slow to assist customers and they close their food stations down early way... before closing time. Drove all the way there just to be told they cleaned and closed all food down for the night even though itwas still over 30min before they closed. Read more

I ordered postmates from here and everything was correct in my email confirmations and stuff, however I was missing a smoothie... and a Flatbread. I called the store and tried to get the woman to understand that I was not able to come to the store to get mymissing items, as I am babysitting and ordered food for the kids and myself. At least what we did get was good and madeproperly, and the missing food was mine so I guess I'll get something later. The only reason for the second star is that what wedid receive was good. My favorite smoothie and lunch spot. Smoothies are sweet and the bacon chicken ranch wrap is alway hot and delicious. I?ve been to this location a couple times, and everytime the costumer service is just not very good. I am a manager in a food... service as well, and I understand it can be difficult at times. But to take it out on a costumer who is nothing but nice (oreven a costumer at all) is just not okay. I also tried calling a couple times today, and it just kept ringing. No one picked upthe phone any time I tried to call about my order.
