I would give it half a star but their is no button! I got to say ive lived in winthrop two years and I was excited when this... Dunkin' opened up! But ever since I began going to here theyve gotten my order wrong more times then I can count! The donuts ivepaid for are constantly melted. Employees constantly on their phone when I go through drive through and making g me wait 15 minsto get my coffee which was waiting on the counter. Or when they all outside taking smoking brakes at the same time and no one isin the store which I'm waiting on them to finish to order. The manager does NOT take no action when you explain the problems ofyour experience their and employees are bad mouthing other in employees in front of customers. The store manager needs to fixhis machines that are constantly braking and their AC is never working tis the reason their donuts constantly melted. Ivewitnessed their work ethics and I believe someone needs to get someone higher then the store owner involved. Their machines aredirty, bathroom is ALWAYS dirty along with their lobby. Read more
There?s always something new to complain about at this location. I get the same drink at every dunkin I go to. I just got it at... this location 2 days ago.
