Customer service skills are non existent at this location. I do not use this location not only because of the lack of customer... service but the consistent sandwiches not being made how they are supposed to be. For the last 4 months I have been eating subway at least 5 days a week, sometimes multiple times a day... sometimes multiple... sandwiches a day. Anyways after the first few weeks all I have to do is call and tell them my first name and they know exactlywhat I want. And rarely has it been wrong in some way.... Now I'm usually not a big subway person. But i have been enjoying the chicken bacon ranch sandwich until today!!! I went into... the Winthrop store and ordered 2 sandwiches. I told the worker I wanted one toasted..nope that didn't happen there was not evenenough chicken to cover the bottom of the sandwich was spread out and still bad..along with ranch belongs on thissandwich...well it's the driest sandwich I've ever had...the worker sure didn't want to listen to what I wanted or how I wantedmy sandwich...thanks to one worker being in a rush and not caring about the customer's I will not be returning to Winthropsubway...thanks for the worst sandwich I've ever had Read more
I generally love this place and this review is a one time incident. To the woman who cut in front of me today and ordered 3 foot... long sandwiches shame on you!! I had been standing there 15 minutes waiting my turn to order. How dare you cut the line and nothave the nerve to even apologize or look at me. Hope it was worth it. Read more
