Sign in front said Understaffed. My husband and I understand because everyone is understaffed ... however maybe the restaurant... should consider seating less people if you don't have the staff to work. We ordered an appitizer which was good, but there werehardly any beer choices available and only a couple desserts. We were at the restaurant for over an hour with only ordering anappetizer and 2 drinks. We have heard great things from locals about this restaurant and were very disappointed we did not havea good experience. ???? Read more

We have been going to Sarah's for around 25 years, when it was on the other side of the street. We always love this place, and... try to go at least twice, and sometimes three times during our visit. Servers are really nice, and the food is always great.Unfortunately, this time the price increase was really hard to digest. We went once, and that will probably be what we can swingin this economy going forward. Read more
My husband and I moved to central Maine last year and have been exploring coastal areas ever since. After a visit to Boothbay... Harbor, we decided to grab a bite at Sarah?s on the way home. We placed our orders and waited for nearly an hour before thewaitress came and apologized. She informed us that she forgot to give our order ticket to the kitchen right away. Fifteenminutes later she said 5 more minutes, so we waited another 8 minutes before leaving very disappointed and hungry. We shouldhave stood in the long line at Red?s next door. The Cobb salad with a crab cake on top was great. The place was jumping and I was very impressed with the crew. There were two... servers and they were wonderful. They moved fast, but took the time to be friendly and welcoming to everyone. Read more
