We went on a Sunday night. We didn?t think they were open because the outside lights weren?t on. When I mentioned that to the... bartender he said he was in charge and left the lights off because he didn?t want to work that hard. We sat at the bar. Anothercustomer came up to the bar and complained about her meal that the chicken wasn?t done. The bartender took it back to the cookbut the cook refused to remake it so the bartender cooked it again. I told him the cook should be fired but the bartender saidhe was the general manager?s boyfriend so it wouldn?t happen. Our food was good but won?t go again because of all the drama.What happened to customer service and employees wanting to work? Read more

Service was terrible. It took nearly 2 hours to get everything , came out piece by piece . kids meals came out first on plates... so hot they shouldn't have been anywhere near a child but the food wasn't nearly as hot. Then part of my wife's food came out,then my drink, then my food and a while later my wife's single breadstick. It was about 1/3 full capacity, Sunday night atdinner time, plenty of staff but it was just unbelievable how slow everything was. The server seemed like she was trying but Idoubt there was much she could do about it, she was very friendly. I think 1 star is generous , I can't think of a slowerrestaurant under any circumstance . food was not great but good enough, just seems whoever us in charge has completely given uptrying. We called ahead to reserve a table for 17 people. Was told it was not busy and no reservation needed. We walked 10 minutes to... the hotel only to get there and they were short staffed and those who were there were newbies. The hostess who answered thephone could have said that. We took a chance and still dined it but at separate tables to ease the split bill situation. Ourwaiter Mirabror, was awesome. The food came quick, no ordered were screwed up and everyone left happy and full. Side note; themanager who explained the short staffed situation should drop his energy drink when talking to customers, put on a franchiseshirt instead of plain red t-shirt and maybe help his staff a little. Only reason I gave 3 stars. Mirabror deserves 5+ stars. Read more

They were super busy and short staffed while we were there, but our server Hugo did a great job and our food arrived fresh and... as quickly as possible. Hugo had a ton of customers and was serving tables across the entire restaurant, but still made time tocheck on us regularly and see if we needed anything. He even told us "I have a lot of tables, but that does not mean that I'mnot going to take good care of you guys." And he definitely did a great job and with a smile. Read more

Delicious Dinner (8oz steak, fish, artichoke appetizer) Great fast cook he rocks ( even though we overheard someone didnt show... up for their shift in the kitchen) Best smoothie ever! Inexperienced staff, most of who tried very hard. Hugo was our server,he was very polite! I am particular about my order and he got it perfect! Thank you for a relaxing meal. Booth needs repair/replacement looked tacky. It must be challenging to be enthusiastic if mngr/ owner doesn't care enough to make repairs, staffand train better Read more

The place was a mess. The servers were not knowledgeable about the menu. It took 30 minutes for them to come and get our drink... orders. Then it took another 20 minutes for us to get our food. When we received our food, they brung out half the order so onlyhalf of our party was eating then it took another 15 minutes for the other half of our party to get their food. When theyreceived their food it was cold. We spoke with the manager and he seems to not know what to do or how to fix our problem. Thiswas the worse service we ever experienced. Read more

They don?t Double/Triple check the order for accuracy. Order I placed the wings we?re Supposed to be Buffalo. But I received... BBQ. Then I also ordered a extra side of frys, but I only had one container of frys. Burger should?ve included frys but therewasn?t any in there. When I called the store, I spoke with the manager. She said all she can do is remake the wings. But I?dhave to come get it. I couldn?t do that because I can?t get my semi there. That?s why I order Uber eats. Because they can bringme food when I?m unable to get to the restaurant(s). I was able to get a refund on those two items, from Uber Eats. But due tothis I will never be ordering from Applebee?s again. If she wasn?t so rude, maybe I wouldn?t have come to this conclusion. Butme and 30-40 others are in the dells 5 days a week, every week. In conclusion you lost at least one future customer, and nodoubt many more will follow. I don?t like doing this, but she has lost my respect for this location, forever. Read more

The only good thing about this place was the server who was really nice until we had our food then he disappeared and we... literally had to go find him to pay. The food was not good, they served me butt bread for an $11 sandwich, the fries were hardand the breadstick was rock hard. I don't recommend this place at all, it was a waste of $67. Read more
