Ran out of cooked roast beef was told after I paid. However staff was super apologetic and when food was ready was best Arby's... I've ever eaten. Read more
Came through the drive thru last week got the wrong order ....twice! Then the second time brought the incorrect food in the... manager was rude and basically in her way told me it was my fault because I didnt hear the person in the speaker! Finally whenthe correct food came fish tasted like it had been coated in salt and the curly fries were soggy! Usually arbys fish is verygood so I had decided to try the new hushpuppy breaded. Not impressed....at all. I know this place can do way better. I could goto a sit down place and pay about the same and it would be better taste and service. Read more
I love arbys! Eat there alot. Unfortunately this Arby's is poorly run. I've tried a few times to go but each time I get stuck... in line....both inside and the drivethru...drive thru.... for so long I just leave. This time I waited over 20 minutes after Ireached the drive thru box before pulling out of line. I only moved one car length in those 20 minutes. I don't think it isthe staff shortage either since when you do go inside there are employees leaning on the counters literally ignoring customers.Just poor management. That seems to be a trend with the company who runs these stores in this are. Skip this one! Read more
I understand short staffing can mean a 15 minute wait. But to be out of bread? Come on. A Reuben on a bun is just weird.
