After waiting longer than normal (my friends were 1/2 done with their meals) I was served a $12 chicken tender basket. Unlike... the excellent "tenders" I've had at several Culver's these were nothing more than cheap small frozen chicken strips. Verydisappointing. Read more
We usually have pleasant experiences here, however today the manager was being quite rude not just to me and my family but was... also being very rude to someone who was on their first day. I believe that the treatment that was given to him was not verypolite and that there could be nicer treatment to the workers from the manager. Read more
Super slow during the off-season. Went to the drive-thru. They never gave us our receipt. Gave our order to another car. Waited... over half hour for our correct order. At least 8 cars behind us have gotten their meals. Awful first stop comin to the Dells. Read more
Super duper fast! We?ve eaten at Culvers? from Door County down to the tip of Florida and this was one of the best. Asked if we... wanted salt and ketchup and supplied sufficient napkins for a car full of hungry kids! Food was delicious (no surprise) andeveryone was pleasant despite prime tourist season!!!! The only times that I have been disappointed at Culvers have been when the burgers were "too" seared. On this day, they were... close to perfect, and all else was very good as well. For the numbers of people there, service was surprisingly efficient, andtables were actively being sanitized. It is interesting that other nearby food joints seem to have a staffing problem, but itdid not seem to affect Culver's. Read more
Again, not a fan of fast food. But on road trip I would . Tried again this burger mushroom and Swiss and again! It tasted good,... fresh and looked appetizing . Fries is good with their frozen vanilla custard ???? Read more
Very kind, polite humans here. They confirmed orders and preferred toppings, checked on us, bussed the tables & even went above... & beyond to go through the trash when someone lost an item. Plus the food was delicious! Read more
