Well I ordered today 11-8-22 and I must say I feel like I didn?t get my money?s worth. My breadsticks where burnt on the bottom,... my pasta bowl had maybe 8 bits in it, and the pizza wasn?t cut how we asked?. This isn?t the fist time with this pace that I?vehad problems?. I ordered dinner at 4:58pm. I have yet to receive anything and it is now 6:56pm. I called to inquire and a man, whom barely... spoke english, told me they were just now preparing the order and that they only had one deliver driver. I then got cut off andthe phone call ended. I now do not know if I am going to get the order I paid for hours ago or if I will have dinner for myfamily as ever time I call now I have been put on hold. Read more
HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE! Hope your kids were feed with the pizza that was ordered for mine, after more than 2 hours waiting and... couple calls made to "Rance's" who was really rude, I realice "Furkan" the delivery marked the order as Complete! I'd never beenSCAM for a pizza, the WORST experience ever. This is not the 1st time this happened with the same location. I'm more thanDISSATISFIED!! HORRIBLE experience, I ordered food online and was given an estimation time. However, they had me waiting over an hour extra... with the excuse being we are busy right now (said the manager Ramces) and the employee who answered the phone saying thedelivery person has car issues. So if I didn?t call there would have been no update? No apology? Mind you it?s a pattern becausethis is the 3rd time this has happened and the last time after waiting over 1 and half hour the food was cold and the driverliterally just shoved the box at me and left. Order a Philly cheese steak pizza and did not get a Philly chesse steak got this. Call and the person on the phone was rude but... said they would make a new one and have to me in 20 to 30 minutes, it took over a hour and 5 minutes as to I had kids who needto eat and go bed for school. Very upsetting since this isn't first time they have messed up my food. Read more
As much as we enjoy Domino's, I will not be ordering from this one again. Granted our food was correct and hot, it took 2 hours... to get it from the time of order. NOT IMPRESSED! Read more
