The lady at the drive thru was obnoxiously loud and condescending towards her coworkers, screaming out and demanding items. At... one point she had said out loud very clearly in front of paying customers sitting down in the dining room ?the customer is notpaying for the ice water so make sure it?s all ice and barely water, and take your time giving it to them.? addressing the oneat the window. and another along the lines of ?if they don?t like it they can come back here and make it themselves.? veryprofessional. The ladies on the front registers on the other hand were very kind and patient. They didn?t put whipped cream onmy drink and had no issue putting some on there when I asked. I didn?t even bother asking them to fix my sandwich but it hadbarely any bacon, egg bites were cold, and just generally not a friendly experience. Read more
Every table was super dirty right off the bat, same with counters and floors. All young high school students working the... registers who weren?t paying attention to the people waiting to order, one in particular was yelling at the others to mess upthere order right in front of several other paying customers because they didn?t pay extra, stood at the register for 15 minuteswaiting to be ringed up before any of the 9 employees came to help and when our group was helped we received an attitude frommost of the employees who looked absolutely lost. The only employee who some what looked like he knew what he was doing was oncrunches and was the only one running around and working. The lady at the drive-thru window on 8-9-2022 had no idea what she was doing. I ordered a Large Iced Caramel Craze and 2... BIRTHDAY CAKE, CAKE POPS and when I got to the window she told me my order was over $20 because she put in Vanilla K-Cups orwhatever coffee cups they have. I asked why my order was so much and she said it?s because I ordered two Vanilla K-Cups things,then I proceeded to tell her that I ordered TWO BIRTHDAY CAKE, CAKE POPS so she asked if that?s what i wanted and I said yes.She then removed the order that she got wrong and placed the correct order and she still messed it up. I got my coffee and nocake pops because the lady was absolutely clueless, not mention I waited like 10 minutes for my coffee. I 110% recommend goingto the Dunkin? on Commerce Street, they never get my order wrong, there staff is amazing & friendly, and I never have to wait 10minutes for my coffee there. Read more
Only donut they had at 10:00 was a sprinkle donut. Got to the window and they were out after we ordered one! They are always... out of donuts. I can see late at night but every morning you go there. This was a Wednesday morning. Bad management to run outof product that often! Read more

Dunkin in Monona will not be getting any more of my business. I ordered a large cappuccino and when it arrived it was so light I... had to open it and check it. It was two-thirds foam.
