3 stars only because the food was good. Ordered a 12 oz filet, received a 6oz. Was offered a birthday dessert, never... received. Called ahead, were told there was no wait, showed up 5 minutes later, hosts acted like it was an inconvenience wedidn?t have a reservation. Aesthetics: 0/5 Food: 4/5, delish, but nothing unique. After a long day at the water park with lots of junk food a bunch of us decided ribs would fix us up. We ordered 9 dinners for... takeout and they nailed it perfectly. Thumbs up on the Alfredo dinner. Another thumbs up on the Embers burger with specialrequest of Bleu cheese and A1 on the side. The Luau salad was delicious. The rest of us had BBQ chicken and ribs. Both were falloff the bone tender and juicy. The sides were also great. The only thing we would fix would be to add a bit more sauce. Everyonewas friendly and eager to serve. Our server, Paige, made the night fantastic. Honestly, she was the best part of eating at House Of Embers. Food was also very... good, the seared salmon just fell apart- loved it. Tried oysters for the first time and loved them! No complaints, just a verynice experience. Read more
Tyrone was our waiter and he was able to squeeze us in last minute as we walked in when it was close to closing. He was a real... friendly guy and got our food to our table very quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this place as it has great serviceand the food is just outstanding. Delicious! I had the Ribs, which are a advertised at the best in the Dells. More like the best in Wisconsin! They fell off the... bone. Other things ordered by my group were Shrimp Alfredo, Rack of Lamb, and a Ribeye Steak. We dined in the Humphrey Bogartroom, which is a private room available to rent for an extra 10 dollars. I had a great experience. I took my son for his 14th birthday. Steak and lobster were great. I ordered the rib eye and also the... king crab. I ordered appetizers of hot wings and donate shrimp. Everything was just so good. And the service was excellent. Read more
