First time eating at one of these restaurants. First I will say we were originally seated in a dirty booth,we asked if we could... move and we did. I feel like there was no management to control the young people that work there. The waitress we had was verynice and helpful. We both had the blue raspberry splash lemonade and that tasted really good. We both had French toast andshared an order of sausage. The food was very good. Delicious! Food was pretty good, tasted like you'd expect from IHOP. The restaurant allowed my family of 12 to sit at one table and helped... us which was nice and our waitress was super kind, had a soothing accent and very patient! Amazing service, fantastic food, perfect coffee, we couldn't have asked for a better breakfast spot. Our server, Casey, was... incredible and attentive. The cranberry vanilla pancakes were to die for and my husband got nostalgic over the strawberrycrepes. Read more

Didn't get out appetizers until after we got our food. Never got dipping sauces for our appetizers. Ordered side of hashbrowns... with onions and cheese they were rubbery and tasted like paper. People who got setted after us got there food before us makingus a little bit disappointed. Our servers name is Enzo P. Our bill for our meal was 75.22 and that didn't seem right but wasvery disappointed with our service provider and how rude the gentleman was. Read more
