Waited 30 minutes in drive thru. Guy kept taking right lane orders and never came to us. Guess they really can't find anyone to... take fast food orders. Staff shouldn't be allowed to continue wreaking havoc on all of it's customers. I also had a familymember go to this McDonald's and was given a cheeseburger and chicken sandwich with no patties. What is going on at thislocation? It is scary to think about what they're doing to the food that people don't know about. Stay away from this place! Read more
Made a drive thru order. 10 minutes in line with only two cars ahead of me. Though I reminded cashier of my order of an apple... pie, I found later that no pie was in the bag. Will not return. Every other trip to McDonalds results in some error in order.How do they stay in business? Read more
I wish the stars held a negative 5. This had to be the worst visit i have ever had!! Placed my order on the screen, gave the... employee my money and waited 10 minutes for my change because there was only 1 register for 2 people to work on. Long storyshort, I waited over 20 minutes for a Sausage McMuffin meal with a small coke & a large frappe. When I finally got myorder...I still had to ask for the small drink. When I got home and took my change out of my pocket and guess what, I gotshorted ... paid $ 15.59 for my order!!!! I'll never be back!! Read more
I found management to be very helpful when I was waiting for the bus and they didn't mind my waiting. The food however is rather... bland, although at a fair price and with yummy shakes. The cashier was very helpful but he seemed to struggle to understand me.The staff worked hard to maintain the cleanliness of the building and mostly they succeeded. So disappointing was looking forward to a iced caramel macchiato and we we given flavored milk, no espresso added. Took it in... and instead of making new ones they tried adding espresso, which was out, to what we were given. The first one got what was leftin the machine after they banged o. It and walked away to get more. The the second on they filled the machine let it run throughthe cycle and poured out some of what was in the cup and slid it under when the espresso was to be put in barely any came out.But the kicker is our kid and staws were taken of put on the counter and put back on. Fast service, clean and friendly. Love the inside. The best McDonald's I've ever been to.
About the worst chicken nuggets I've ever had. Dried up and shriveled. Your quality control is the worst.
