Nice restaurant if you're looking for a American style buffet with lots of choices, and you can even get a steak or shrimp with... it for just a few bucks more at dinner time. There main highlight is there fried chicken which is quite good as well as therechocolate cake. I also really enjoyed there taco bar as well! Read more
On family vacation spent $102 for the 7 of us, at the register took forever trying to tell them what specific drink each of us... wanted. When we were finally seated the waiter didn't bring our drinks until 10 minutes later. We were all thirsty from a longday. Food was really good but I'd say very pricey. Read more

Overall, this Ponderosa location was good. The outside of the restaurant is sketchy but the inside was much nicer and clean. The... food was good, not exceptional but not terrible either. I think the focus is more on quantity verses quality. The staff wasgreat. Our server was excellent. It?s a little pricey though. I see a lot of bad reviews but I think this is a great location. The food is always great and hot and fresh. The staff is always... nice. The memories made here last forever. I think when your a ponderosa family you understand that loyalty is important. Thefood will take you back to when you were a kid eating here. When my husband and I met 21 years ago Ponderosa was our favorite place to go, the chicken wings were my husband's favorite... thing and we would go there just so he could have them. There was always a lot of people there and lots of different options offood. We visited a few times throughout the years, since we don't live near one, and it feels like every time that we've visitedone (different locations of course) it just wasn't the same. There were hardly any people there and the food didn't taste thesame, not many options, and next thing we knew the chicken wings were being removed from the buffet. This last time that wevisited Ponderosa will more than likely be the last time that we ever do which I feel bad for saying but it's just not the sameanymore and then with them not having the chicken wings we really weren't bringing much back to the table. I think most of usjust ended up having tacos. It really bothers me to not leave such a happy review as I love doing these Google reviews butunfortunately we left feeling somewhat disappointed and unsatisfied. The customer service was great and there was definitelyplenty of room in the restaurant but it just didn't taste like it used to. Grateful to have memories but wish it was the samethat used to be. Great atmosphere. Amazing service and very good food. Yes a little pricey but worth it when you get Steak and your choice of... potato along with trips to a very well stocked buffett. Will definitely be on my list of future visits. Read more
