I love a good Starbucks, but the customer service was lacking. The older man who checked us out was wonderful, but the rest of... the young girls behind the counter were much more interested in chatting with each other. Getting their attention was futile.And they just giggled when they realized Iwas WAVING them down with both arms for things they forgot in our order. This is atourist town and I happen to be local. Our Barista tried very hard to get our order correct (Americano Venti, 5 shots ristretto with 3/4 heavy cream) but ultimately... failed. What made it okay was she tried so hard. Must of been new. Read more
The line was super long but overall went by pretty quick. The drinks were made perfect. Staff seemed friendly and helpful when I... asked questions at the menu board. Overall this is a great spot to stop and get coffee. We even came back the next day and haddrinks and snacks inside and that was a good experience. The place is super clean. Read more
Drink was amazing , tastes like toffee cake but you have to get it exactly how it says. 10/10 would recommend, not too sweet not... too bitter. I would give five stars but they got one of my drinks wrong and the line was way too long and they wanted me to goback around or come inside for it to get fixed . At that point just refund me. Definitely up to Starbucks standard!! Baristas were super friendly. We ordered 6 drinks and they were out quicker than at any... other Starbucks. They were out of the travelers series mugs which had us sad but I?m sure it?s just because we came throughafter memorial weekend. Read more
This Starbucks Location is Very Fast in the drive thru and seems to have more access to inventory than the Lake Delton... location. They were friendly, effecient and created our iced coffee to order! Thanks to the great staff at this location! Read more
