Horrible experience from start to Finish, does this place even have a manager? Are the staffs even trained?? Do they know the... basics in customer service! Insolence and disrespect is all we encounter here! The drive thru person, older lady was extremely rude, the young teen at the window was extremely rude, had to repeat the order... 3times over, was told they couldn't make a cherry whipped drink when the guy the previous day was able to make it a d suggestedthe item, order was correct but staff friendliness was not. Tho there is a guy there a older gentleman that is awesome and willmake you laugh when you order. Now that guy needs a raise cause he is awesome. Read more
What a disgusting place. Every table was filthy, yet the restaurant was dead, no one in there until after my husband and I with... our 2 kids at 7:30pm. Every sauce bin was empty. All employees were hanging out in the back talking. No one would take ourorder, they kept telling us to use the kiosk. Our meal was completely messed up. When we asked for correct food we were givenattitude and rude looks. So gross. I'd rather go to Monks and spend triple instead of trying to save a few bucks. Read more

I order my food without lettuce do to a food allergy. The manager went as far as suggesting I get something that does not even... come in contact with the item I am allergic too. I thought that was amazing. Read more
