I wanted to get 5 lbs of roast beef for this weekend. I tried to call but their phone number only tells me I need an access code... and then hangs up. Avoid this particular location. The employees are absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. The menu items are shoddy. If... you don't ask for a napkin you will not receive one. Or anything else if you are not specific. Their bad attitudes start at thetop and extend down. Corporate provided me with "Let us make it right " tickets to replace items from a previous purchase. Thatexperience was worse than the first. There are to many fast food choices to be treated disrestfully and receive the wrong foodand have it be your fault. I gave this particular restaurant a second chance. The 1st time they didn't put any pecans in the chicken salad. I went back... today and they discounted me $6.96 instead of $9.69. I think they need new employees at that store or train them. And don'tgive me excuses that they're short handed. I'm in the food service industry. So it's been a while then I have not come to Arby's. But I will say that this Arby's had a very nice polite cashier in the... Drive-Thru. Even though there was a four car line she was very courteous kind and trying to get everybody out as soon aspossible. Now we ordered the two for $6 which is a roast beef and chicken ranch sandwich. I would definitely recommend gettingthe chicken ranch sandwich get two of those. They also no longer carry potato cakes but now they have two different types offries either curly or crinkled. Chicken Salad Sandwich - False Advertising Being a fan of chicken salad sandwiches and seeing the "what appeared to be a decent... size CSS thought I would give it a try. Always good at thus location. The new cinnamon shake is awesome. They stopped using trays for dine in which is a real pain when... eating. The manager says they don't have staff to get them from the dining room. They seem to have time to do this IMHO. Itsthe only issue with this location. Read more
