I want to say I was typically disappointed here with time and waits, but the staff today was excellent as the food will be too
The food was hot and put together with some care. In fast food I consider this a win. Crew seems to be competent.

Waited in the drive thru 15 minutes before we made it to the box, there were only 3 cars ahead of us when we got there, took... another 15-20 from the time we ordered to when we got our food and left. Food was cold, and stale by the time we got it. Read more
Very displeased with the service I was given. I ordered the Royal Spicy Crispy Chicken and a Whopper off the broiler. The... chicken was plain, no spicy whatsoever, the whopper ice cold. I go in and ask for my food to be remade. Meanwhile there?s twoladies in the kitchen arguing and and the guy up front was complaining that he wasn?t supposed to be there bc someone walkedout. I was told to wait 6 minutes for the chicken bc that?s how long it takes to cook, yet they gave me a new whopper off thebroiler which was STILL ice cold, finally got my spicy chicken sandwich, but noticed the container of red sauce the lady wasputting on my sandwich was empty. did she think that just bc she?s out that means don?t put any on the sandwich? This location is terrible. They can never keep people. Pulled up threw the drive threw just to be told there is only two people... working and it's going to take a long time. This is after sitting in the drive threw for 20 minutes just to get to the window.They are always slow here but in the last month or so it's gotten way worse. Whoever runs this location needs to be fired. Whata joke. Stay away from here. Read more
Food quality has gone downhill. I used to enjoy the chicken sandwich here and today I ordered one with extra mayo along with... some kid meals for my children. Hardly any mayo and the sandwhich tasted different, almost burnt? I should have taken a photo. Also, my receipt says there should have been a toy in my kids bags, no toys. It's sad too, we don't go out to eat often andkids were excited for the toy. I could call and complain but why bother, past experiences the food quality has gone???????????? Not to mention the LONG wait time in drive threw with only 2 cars ahead. Read more
A whopper is a whopper. But this one had extra mayo. So it was ok. For this place being empty it had a few dirty tables. Not... sure why. Overall an ok experience. Read more
