Today was one of the worst days of my life and Mcds made me feel better! I go to Mcds almost every day for coffee, but this... particular day I was really having one of those days where nothing was going my way. The Manager and staff really brought meback to my day being better. I have been to MANY McDonald?s but this McDonald?s has to be the best one I?ve ever been to. Thestaff is always nice, I?ve never had a bad day when I went to this store. If I could do more for them other than post a review Iwould cause, they really go out of there way to make there costumers happy. Was unfortunately needing to get to work, otherwise I would have shoved it back in the persons face. These are expensive coffees... for them to be too lazy to add more ice in the machine. Most importantly, I know they are NOT ALLOWED to do this, as this largeis a medium. Get these kids properly trained, they?re not doing their job right. Read more
Food wasn?t bad, however a certain employee there who I have had previous issues with personally, refused to serve me as well as... most of the crew working. I am dissatisfied with my experience especially because she was unprofessional brining personal lifeinto work. The supervisor I spoke with was nice which was good. However, this won?t happen again I will be complaining andtaking action because our food was sitting there getting cold while nobody served it to me. I just wanted our food.Unbelievable. Read more
Wasn't too expressed with McDonald's. The staff was friendly enough, but the wait was long and our food, especially the fries... were merely luke warm. The ketchup dispenser was disgusting. They had just opened and we were thr 2nd in the door, so no one hasclean it before it they opened. Read more
If a customer is paying extra for a sandwich to be deluxe and you are out of one of the main ingredients that make it deluxe you... need to inform the customer of this not just slap on extra thick layer of mayo and lettuce and hope they don't notice. Thecustomer has paid extra and you have essentially stolen money from them by not informing them upfront. This is only the mostrecent issue with this location. Always gets something wrong with the order on every visit. It's not rocket science to make surethat you have the correct order and have things made the way the customer ordered them. Accidents happen and can be forgiven butat some point it is no longer an accident and is instead a habit. Do not recommend this location at all. Read more
