terrible service. usually get cold food and lots of time don't even receive all you order. avoid this particular pizza hut....

Went in today to have lunch with a friend, very jarring and unpleasant experience and we didn't even end up eating there. We... walked in to the seemingly empty building, and immediately felt like we shouldn't be there. There was this printed paper on thebuffets that said the buffet was closed and said something about dine in and coming up to the counter but the wording reallydidn't make a whole lot of sense. Eventually this woman came out from around the corner and just looked at us for anuncomfortably long amount of time and then eventually went "Yess??" in a very condescending and rude tone. My friend confusedlyresponded that we would like to eat there and the woman said "Well, you have to come up to the counter and order!", again verysassy. The counter is not even visible when you first walk in and their stupid little sign isn't coherent enough to tell youwhat to do. Anyway, the woman disappeared immediately after she finished her sentence and we could hear her absolutely yellingat another employee. We took about two steps toward the counter before I asked my friend if she wanted to leave. We turned backaround and practically ran out the door. It was obvious the meal was rushed. The tomato-based pasta was more like tomato juice tossed in pasta with cheese, pepperoni,... and sausage dumped on top in the hopes it would cook evenly which it did not. I hate to sound like a Karen but I can't believe Iwasted my money on this. The pizza had a massive crust with toppings dumped in random areas rather than evenly dispersed. Read more

Once again they messed up my delivery order and had to drive back there because NO ONE would answer/pick up the phone. Received... no companion for the inconvenience of having to go there so they could fix there mistakes. Guess I'll be ordering from Domino'sfrom now on. Read more

Went to have lunch on sunday July 3rd and was not recognized and had no service so we walked out ! Also another table of 4 came... in and no service so they walked out! I would not recommend trying to eat there! BAD ! Read more

This place sucks. Waitress doesn't come to the table, at all. You have to order at the cash register and pay before you eat.... She doesn't come to see if you need or want anything else. But the food is decent. Terrible service. This is the second time wecame and the same experience. Probably won't be back. Read more

Make sure that the order is correct!!! I ordered two pizzas and one of them was not correct it only had mushrooms and black... olives. but was supposed to have ham as well. I tried to call the store using the number online but nobody would answer. I tried12 times and was hung up on all 12 times so I completed an online complaint to let the store know that my order was wrong.
