Ordered the all American club did not order red onions but there's red onions on the sandwich so I can't eat it. Then asked for... no ice in the drink cause there's no option for it at the drive thru order screen but the girl said they already made the drinkso they can't so I can't drink it. Food is OK, service is good, but if you order online, you can only get a maximum of six sandwiches! If you're a family of seven,... that means you have to put in two separate orders, which is a colossal waste of time! Read more
I went through the drive through and originally got upset because it didn?t work but the young lady who was working tonight... flagged me down in the drive through! I don?t know her name but I came in 6/19/22 at 8:15 pm and she was the sweetest worker! Sosubway if you see this, give that girl a raise, she didn?t have to flag me down to get another order before they close! My bestfriend used to work at a subway And I remember how bad closing was! we mobile ordered our order and said it would take 30 minutes. They did get the order done on time but the young women that... greeted us named Jewelana was really rude about telling us where our order was located. when we opened the wrappings to eat oursandwiches we noticed that the whole order was wrong and got nothing on our sandwiches that we wanted. will never be returning. The younger skinnier gentleman who made sandwiches for my mom and myself did an awesome job. He made sure to ask if everything... was right, repeated toppings back to us, made sure that he heard us right. If he doesn't get paid well now, he will one day at adifferent job. A great subway, they were fast and nice. Very clean and food was served great! I like that there is outside seating.
The ingredients were not fresh and I got charged per individual item instead of for the meal.
