I love DD coffee. The staff here is friendly and efficient. But, this place is dirty.
First time at Dunkin? and not impressed. First they forgot one of the sandwiches we ordered then they gave us a bagel with cream... cheese instead of the bagel sandwich with egg bacon and cheese. Read more
They put the microphone up close to their face and yelled, ?WELCOME TO DUNKIN HOW CAN I HELP YOU?? into it when I pulled up into... the drive through then laughed about it with their coworkers. I wouldn?t have left a review otherwise. So rude. Also the foodwas cold. Read more
Just waited 30 minutes in my car for my drive thru order per the employees- THEN when going inside to ask if it was ready was... told I never paid for it! Employees were talking about their personal lives and ignoring the customers! DONT GO HERE. Read more
Went in today for a dozen donuts and when I got to the window he told me half of them they didn't have I can't even understand... them their English is terrible! And then when I told him what I would take he put other ones in there. They are very rude Idon't know how they stay in business! Read more
my coffee wasn't amazing but I still drank it and they are ALWAYS out of donuts. When I do recieve my donuts, they're not always... the most fresh. This dunkin' is only a mile away from me so I'm grateful it's there but my point is, there isn't great coffee,they're always out of donuts, they don't have the freshest donuts, and lastly, the staff seems grumpy a lot of the time and isvery hard to understand their English :( Read more
I stop at this Dunkin every morning on my way home from work and order the same thing every day. And with me being lazy from... just getting off of a 12 hour shift I go through the drive through. Well this morning I was handed the wrong drink, usually nota big issue to me, it?s early in the morning and accidents happen. so I went inside to have it fixed and there were two youngmen who helped me. The first was getting loud and rude with me and basically calling me a liar. Which because of his attitude Ijust asked for a refund because there was no need for it, especially since I was being polite about the situation. Where I couldof been like a lot of people coming in there screaming and cursing. But the second young man, which is the one thats usually inthe window that I see everyday, came over and helped and was very very kind and fixed the drink for me. I?m not sure of hisname, which I should know it by now, but Im very satisfied on how he handled the situation and calming down his angeredco-worker. So I just wanted to leave a good review and a good shout out to the second young man. Read more
