This dunkin location is seriously the best I have been to. When I used to live in the area I?d come once or twice a week! Now I... always go every time I?m back in the area visiting my parents. The staff is always so friendly and EVERY time I?m there Ireceive fresh, delicious donuts that are always so soft and fluffy? every other dunkin has crusty and dry donuts no matter whattime of day it is! I could smell the burn from the drive thru windows. I thought surely they would remake it. Nope, handed me the bag like it was... perfect. Burned like charcoal on one side. I went inside, they were like, "what?"???? I had to wait for attention, took like 10minutes, the 2nd one was burned again. The oven clearly runs hot on one side but instead of turning it down, they just hand youa burned item and hope you dont notice until far away. Check before you leave or just get it plain. Read more
I got the snackin bacon from this location and it was burnt to a crisp and coated with the maple mix they put on the bacon. It... was sticky and burnt and it was one clump. Never again. Very friendly staff and quick service. However it ended there. Ordered a hot chocolate and a dozen doughnuts for takeout. Hot... chocolate was terrible. I didn't expect Starbucks quality hot chocolate at Dunkin but what I got was a hot brown looking liquidwith a chemical taste. Donuts were okay but all of the Dunkin locations have cheapened the filled doughnuts. The jelly doughnutsliterally had a teaspoon of jelly inside. The same situation with Boston Creme doughnuts.
