Okay so I've been going to the Walled Lake hungry Howies now for some time. They've made some amazing changes. They Hired two... girls that are amazing. And they haven't messed anything up. Idk if it's the new boss. But they have been hooking up the foodand it is amazing! So for anyone I turned away from this store I apologize. They're amazing now and I urge you to eat here! Theywill go out of there way to meet your needs and make you happy!! Normally I absolutely love this Hungry Howie's! However, thepast two times. I've gotten food from them. It's not been good at all I guess the same people maybe aren't making it??? I'm notsure. They're not washing the lettuce. They're not giving me the right amount of cheese I normally get... So it's got me reallyupset. I actually avoid going to the Walled Lake store. Because of the way they make their food. The lack of effort they putinto making everything. Also due to rude rude girl that works behind the counter. So I always go out of my way to go to theWixom store! Because I love the people that work there. I love the effort they give to make every customer happy. They're allaround good people and a good store. But now it's starting to be the same. As walled lake. . . Not sure what I should do aboutit. Maybe they've got someone new... I'm not sure. I actually just got food from them yesterday. I almost want to call backand say something about it. Only I don't want to be rude. What should I do?? I placed an order at 8pm. It is now 1030 the store is closed and doordash is now telling me it cant be picked up. Ordered... through hungry howies online, was not informed about doordash until store was closed. Money lost! Read more
The crust was nasty. I think they made it with a gluten free crust. I did call and complain and they did refund my money.
Never thought I?d see the day I left a negative comment on Hungry Howies. 1) are you aware now that HH uses a call center in... India to take orders on the phone & process digital orders? Great job keeping it AMERICA first for pizza. 2) $45 for a L onetopping & wings? Ok. These wings were so small NEVER SEEN WINGS SO SMALL!!!!!!!! 3) 45 min delivery , ok.... 1 1/12 hourslater delivery. I?ll NEVER ORDER FROM HH AGAIN! Jets across the street is cheaper, faster and far more for the $. $45for many single parent households is a large % of a paycheck these days. The pizza is great. Ordering stinks. Phone orders go to a call center - not the store. It sounds'off shore ' accent very... difficult to understand. They couldn't confirm the cross streets. Web site difficult to order from. And companies don't seem tounderstand in not having 2 dozen restaurant apps on my phone. Read more
